All prices shown on the site are in Nepali Rupees (Rs). You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), eSewa/Khalti/IME Pay, or bank transfer. Prices may change before the order is processed.

3. 🚚 Delivery Policy

Delivery is free within Pokhara city. Delivery charges may apply to other areas as shown at checkout. Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.

4. 🔁 Return and Exchange Policy

Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in original condition, and with intact packaging. Digital products or promotional sale items are non-returnable.
